Event Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for or attending any Wild Wanderers event.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending a Wild Wanderers event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations by Wild Wanderers

Wild Wanderers reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event. In the event of a cancellation by Wild Wanderers, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative event date.

5. Health and Safety

All participants must comply with any health and safety requirements communicated prior to or at the event. Wild Wanderers reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. Children and Supervision

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the event.

7. Photography and Media

Wild Wanderers may photograph or film events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of such images or footage. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
